We recently finished this atypical new bathroom install in Newbury. The homeowner called to inquire about adding a new bathroom to his barn, which is located over 200' from his home. This project involved running a new sewer line to the existing septic tank 300’ away and installing a water line from his home to supply water to the barn. We cut and removed the concrete from his barn slab and cored holes through the barn’s foundation to install the drains and supplies under the floor.
